Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Safety Travels website, booking tools, travel support, payment flow, and related services.
Using Safety Travels
By using Safety Travels, you agree to these terms. If you book for another traveler, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their information and accept these terms on their behalf.
Travel services
Safety Travels helps search, price, arrange, and support travel bookings. Airline, airport, border, visa, baggage, fare, ticketing, schedule, refund, and cancellation rules are set by the relevant carrier, reservation system, or travel supplier.
Booking accuracy
- You are responsible for checking passenger names, dates of birth, passport or identity details, route, dates, fare rules, baggage, transit requirements, and contact details before submitting a booking.
- Fares and availability can change until payment clears and the booking is confirmed by the relevant supplier.
- A booking is not complete until we issue or display a booking confirmation, order reference, or equivalent confirmation notice.
Payments
Paystack is the only payment gateway used by Safety Travels. Payment may be required before a ticket, order, or booking can be confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the payment shown at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or delay fulfilment where payment is declined, reversed, flagged for review, or suspected to be unauthorised or fraudulent.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and changes depend on the applicable fare rules, supplier rules, airline policies, and law. Some fares, service fees, taxes, or supplier charges may be non-refundable after booking or once work has started.
Where a refund is approved, the timing and method may depend on the airline, supplier, payment network, bank, or Paystack processing timeline.
Traveler responsibilities
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents, travel permissions, entry requirements, transit requirements, and compliance with airline and government rules.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorised purposes.
- You must keep any booking references, payment references, and account or contact details secure.
Third-party services
The service may rely on airlines, reservation systems, payment providers, cloud providers, communications providers, and other third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply to their products, services, payment methods, and travel rules.
Service availability
We work to keep the website and booking tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, provider changes, or business reasons.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Safety Travels is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect traveler information, supplier schedule changes, carrier actions, border decisions, force majeure events, payment provider delays, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
